With proper care, our jewelry stays looking fresh for a significantly longer time than regular fashion jewelry. Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, and sweat, and store your pieces in the pouch provided. Following these simple steps will keep your Rivae jewelry shining for months.

Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Our jewelry is made with skin-friendly materials and the anti-tarnish coating adds an extra layer of protection. However, if you have a known metal allergy, we recommend checking the product description for material details before purchasing. When in doubt, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

Do you sell both gold and silver toned jewelry?
Yes! We carry both gold-toned and silver-toned pieces across our collection, including our Indian ethnic range. Whether you prefer warm gold for a festive look or cool silver for everyday wear, Rivae has something for you.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on delivery may be available in select pin codes — you'll see the option at checkout if it applies to your area.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, your order moves into processing and we may not be able to make changes. Please reach out to us immediately via Instagram DM or email if you need to make any changes.

Shipping & Returns

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days across India. Metro cities may receive orders sooner. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return with a minimal charge of ₹50. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective piece, please send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right immediately.

Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is something we're working towards — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we expand!

How do I take care of my Rivae jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best: avoid wearing them while bathing, swimming, or working out; apply perfume and lotions before putting on your jewelry, not after; store each piece separately in the pouch provided; and gently wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing. These simple habits will extend the life of your jewelry significantly.
